Bleep Computing have provided POS software for thousands of clients and retail outfits. For example, Charlton Athletic FC needed POS software for their huge superstore at their home ground, The Valley. Souvenir merchandise is big business for football clubs and Charlton sell three categories of product: Replica kits for fans of all ages (even babies), accessories such as hats and scarves and a leisure line of sweatshirts and t-shirts.

Obviously, for such a popular store, excellent POS software was necessary. The new system would have to cope with a large volume of traffic at great speed and be totally reliable. Also, with such a huge lineage stocked, it would have to be able to facilitate stock re-ordering and provide clear and useful performance reports.
